1. Purchase your E-Learning from PADI online and start your PADI E-Learning from the comfort of your own home.
2. When completed with the PADI E-Learning schedule a date to start your 2 days of in water training.
3. When you have completed the 2 days of in water training with Scuba Ethan a PADI IDC Staff Instructor / Master Scuba Diving Trainer you will be certified as a PADI Open Water, PADI Advanced Open Water, Or PADI Rescue Diver depending what course you get certified for.

Scuba diving is so easy a 10 year old can do this so everyone is going to have a blast! We will show up to your hotel or we will meet at one of the local beaches on Anna Maria island to go diving. The average depth is only about 10 to 15 feet deep. Everyone in your family will love the chance to go scuba diving!
We do not offer guided boat dives!

Kingfish Boat Ramp is a public boat launch in Holmes Beach, near the northern bridge on Anna Maria Island. You can drive your golf cart and car to the ramp. Parking is available on both the east and west sides of the boat ramp just past the trailer parking.
Scuba Ethan earned his nickname from all of his local buddies he grew up with in the area. He was diving or spearfishing every day he could, unless he was out fishing with his friends. Captain Ethan is a native Floridian, born and raised here for over 36 years! Fishing and scuba diving have always been his true passions, fueling his love for the ocean and its abundant life. Captain Ethan really enjoys the incredible variety of fishing and diving opportunities that Florida has to offer. From the vibrant Florida Keys all the way to Crystal River on the west coast of Florida, Captain Ethan has explored and fished extensively in these diverse and beautiful locations. Throughout the year, he uses a wide range of techniques while targeting the numerous fish species found along the west coast. Most often, he relies on live bait with his clients, but there are also times when he prefers to use cut bait or artificial lures to maximize the chances of a great catch. Fishing is a science in itself, requiring an understanding of the proper techniques for each targeted species in order to achieve the best possible results. Over the past 30-plus years of fishing experience, Ethan has discovered many secret spots tucked away in our local waterways, and he’s genuinely excited to share these hidden gems with you, ensuring you have an unforgettable time on the water, catching fish like a true local.

Our adventure to Egmont Key was one of my family's favorite parts of vacation. Captain Ethan was personable, professional, and knowledgable about the area, and the price was very reasonable. He was also flexible and accommodated my family's diverse interests: some were able to explore the island while others snorkeled. Went out with the family for a two hour afternoon sightseeing tour with Captain Ethan. Was an excellent experience all around. Boat was in impeccable condition and he was very safety and comfort conscious, which was our utmost concern having a 7 month old on the trip. He was able to find a pod of dolphins for us to watch for several minutes, which was great fun. Highly recommend his operation for sightseeing, snorkeling, diving, fishing, etc... and look forward to going out with him again when we return to AMI.

Ethan took 6 of us out for some near shore fishing. We hauled in lots of snook and trout and had a great time. Ethan was very knowledgeable and very friendly. We all commented that this was the best fishing trip that we have gone on.
